Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Style Sanctuary, we want every customer to be happy with their experience — whether you’ve bought a pre-loved item or booked a facial or massage.
This policy explains your rights and our procedures for refunds, exchanges, and cancellations, in line with UK consumer protection laws.
2. Pre-Loved Clothing and Accessories
All items are sold as described and may show signs of previous use. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and clear photographs of each product.
a. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return an item if it is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days in the same condition you received it.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.
b. Change of Mind

As our clothing is pre-owned, we do not typically accept returns if you simply change your mind, unless required under your statutory rights.

However, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or credit note.
c. Return Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Facials and Massage Treatments
a. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments can be made via our website, email, or phone.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may be charged in full.
b. Refunds

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, any prepayment or deposit will be refunded in full.

If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for booking.
c. Health and Suitability

You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.

If we determine a treatment is unsuitable for medical reasons, we will offer to reschedule or refund the appointment.
4. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

They can be used as payment or part-payment for treatments or products.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
