4. Products – Pre-Loved Clothing

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Delivery and Collection

  • We will provide estimated delivery times at checkout or confirm arrangements for collection if applicable.

  • Risk passes to you once the item is delivered or collected.

Returns and Refunds

  • As our items are pre-owned, returns are accepted only if the item is not as described or faulty.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

5. Services – Facials and Massages

All treatments are provided by qualified practitioners at our location in Iver, SLough, UK.

Bookings

  • Appointments can be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

  • Missed appointments may be charged in full.

Health and Safety

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if it may not be suitable for you.

  • All treatments are carried out with care and professionalism, but results may vary.

6. Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers are valid for e.g. 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
They cannot be exchanged for cash and must be presented at the time of booking or purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photos, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Style Sanctuary and protected under UK copyright law.
You may not copy or reuse any content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service concerned.
